A Guide To Setting Straps On Your Wooden High Chair

Stretch out the safety strap of your wooden toddler chair. The three-piece tie has a crotch strap plus a left and right strap that attach using a clip buckle in the center of the front.
Flip the toddler chair about. Place the eyelet of a crotch strap around the center of the support beneath the wooden high chair seat. Insert the screw in to the eyelet. Using the drill, attach the wood screw into the support, holding the crotch strap. Move the toddler chair right side up.
Unclip the center clasp of the waist strap. This will leave you with a left strap with the male portion of the clip buckle on one side of the strap and a loop on the other. The right strap has got the female portion of the clasp one on side along with a loop on the opposite.
Position the loop of the left-hand strap next to the left-hand spindle of the wooden high chair back. Wrap the strap about the spindle and then insert the buckle through the loop. Tug to tighten the loop and secure the strap on the spindle. Repeat with the right-hand strap and also spindle.
Bond the left-hand part of the buckle to the loop on the crotch strap.
Position the baby in the wooden high chair having a leg on each side of the crotch strap. Buckle the waist strap. Tighten up the left-hand strap when needed to secure the infant.
